We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be 
unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at support@threadnexa.shop with 
your order number and a description of the issue.

Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of 
delivery with photos and your order number.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment 
method within 5–6 business days.
